I wanted to bring to your attention the experience I had today with your company.
A young polite man named Jon came to my home today to look at a tree that shaded part of my neighbors property. My neighbor mentioned the tree was being suffocated by the vines I hadn’t noticed were growing on it. I cut the vines at the ground and they died, but I could not pull them down. I talked with 2 landscapers who said the tree was not being harmed now that the vines were dead, but I feared that since the landscapers were not “tree experts” they could be wrong and the tree could die which would disappoint me and my new neighbor who liked the privacy and shade it provided her garden.
From the moment he arrived, Jon was clearly an expert and a very likable, knowledgable and honest person. He knew the names of every tree on my property and how to best take care of them. He told me what he recommended but did not pressure me in any way.
I am currently unemployed and I’d like to confidentially mention I’m living on my 401k even though I’m only 51. I do not fear the financial future and will soon be starting my own business. My point is not to share my story but rather complement you on your employee’s kind, honest, trustworthy approach.
I will be out of my situation sometime soon and I will forever use your company and speak highly of it to all because of the pleasant salesman with such kindness that for some reason brought tears to my eyes.
Just wanted to share some positivity during this time of stress for not just me but for everyone I encounter these days it seems.
